1975 Firebird Interior Choices

Firebirds have always been offered in two trim levels, the standard and Custom.  The Custom interior was standard on Esprit and optional on Formula and Trans Am.  The custom interior offered more luxurious amenities like an improved seat design and specific door panels with separate pull straps.  There was also a holding strap on the passenger dashboard.

For 1975 the practice of offering different colored seats and appointments continued making a total of 21 different color interior options.  In the Custom interiors Burgundy once again replaced Red as the red tone offering and Green was dropped making the custom color offering 5 colors this year versus 6 for 1974.  Since Green was dropped Saddle was now available as an appointment or seat mix.  For the first time cloth seats were not offered in the second generation Firebird.
